This week we welcome artist and teacher Wilfredo Ortega aka Wolf to discuss one of the all-time great New York-based gangster movies, Brian De Palma’s ‘Carlito’s Way’ (1993), a movie based on the novels of Judge Edwin Torres. In addition to discussing the film and Wolf’s experiences growing up in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, we take a break to shamelessly geek out about the countless hours we spent as teenagers playing Dungeons & Dragons.
